HJR 1020 proposed a ballot initiative that would amend the Oklahoma Constitution to prohibit any person or entity from being compelled to provide, or discriminated against for not providing, health insurance coverage for abortion, contraception, or sterilization in a health plan if those procedures or items are contrary to the religious beliefs or moral convictions of the person or entity.
