Bill O’Reilly, together here with Bernie Goldberg, rants about the “collapse of family” among specifically black Americans. O’Reilly, who has been outspoken in his opposition to birth control, blames the out-of-wedlock birthrate on black people’s irresponsibility. He only once hat-tips to the fact that this is not a racial, but a societal issue taking place among lower classes – and yet he claims that there are absolutely no societal changes that could be made to alleviate it.
