Alana Hake participated in Alliance Defending Freedom’s Blackstone Legal Fellowship in 2006. As part of the program, she interned for Americans United for Life.

Previously, Hake clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Sidney A. Fitzwater in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, from 2008 to 2009. Before that she clerked for the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, in the Office of Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas), from January through April 2008. From July to August 2007, Hake was a summer law intern for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section.
