Full Bill Text
SB 260 would prohibit the sale and use of fetal body parts derived from an “unborn child” aborted by an induced abortion. A fetal body is defined as a “cell, tissue, organ, or other part” of an aborted fetus.
The bill also would require a physician who performs an induced abortion to make arrangements for the fetal remains to be buried, incinerated, or cremated.
