HB 312 would prohibit a physician or applicant for a medical license from failing to comply with any reporting requirement required by law for abortion complications.

A physician who performs an abortion on a patient or diagnoses or treats an abortion complication and fails to comply with reporting requirements would have their medical license revoked.
