Full Bill Text
SB 1368 would prohibit a person from performing or inducing an abortion upon a pregnant patient with an intention other than to increase the probability of a live birth, to preserve the life or health of the child after live birth, to remove an ectopic pregnancy or to remove a dead “unborn child” who died as the result of a spontaneous miscarriage, accidental trauma or a criminal assault.
If passed, the bill would effectively ban abortion in the state of Oklahoma beginning on November 1, 2016.
Similar to a provision found in SB 1483.
