Iowa No Constitutional Right to Abortion Resolution (SJR 21)

SJR 21 proposes an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Iowa specifying that the constitution does not secure or protect a right to abortion or require the funding of abortion.
If adopted, the amendment would be referred to the next general assembly for adoption a second time before being submitted to the electorate for ratification.
Successor to SJR 9
Similar to HJR 5.
