HB 960 would have amended the Vital Records Act.  The bill would have provided that after each fetal death that occurred in the State after a gestation period of 20 (changed from 26) completed weeks, the person who filed a required fetal death certificate, only at the request of the woman who delivered the stillborn fetus, would also prepare a certificate of birth resulting in stillbirth (instead of a certificate of stillbirth).
