Vanessa Rios 

Vanessa Rios is a Program Officer for Learning, Monitoring, and Evaluation at the International Women’s Health Coalition (IWHC) and is passionate about using data to inform programs and policies that advance health and human rights. She supports IWHC’s evidence-based advocacy and programming and manages documentation projects in partnership with local NGOs and grantee partners.

Prior to joining IWHC, Vanessa worked on the evaluation teams at International Planned Parenthood Federation/Western Hemisphere Region and the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development. She volunteers as a case manager with the New York Abortion Access Fund, as a junior council member for REACH Prep, and as a mentor with the Ascend Education Fund. She holds a MPH in Global Health from Emory University and a BS in Human Development from Cornell University.
