Sneha Barot

Sneha Barot joined the Washington, DC office of the Guttmacher Institute as a Senior Public Policy Associate. Her portfolio includes international family planning and abortion, reproductive health products and technologies, and racial and ethnic disparities in health care. Prior to joining the Institute in 2008, Ms. Barot was Acting Director and Senior Program Manager at the Asia Division of the American Bar Association’s Rule of Law Initiative. She also lived in New Delhi where she worked with local women’s rights organizations, and in New York where she advocated on a variety of public interest and human rights issues, including at the Center for Reproductive Rights and the Urban Justice Center. Ms. Barot graduated with honors from the University of Florida, and earned a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.
