Noel León

Noel León, JD, is an If/When/How Reproductive Justice Fellow at the Reproductive Health Technologies Project. She supports the RHTP staff primarily on medication abortion work, including FDA regulation, legislative advocacy, and the criminalization of self-induced abortion. Before joining RHTP, Noel was the in-house legal fellow at the national If/When/How (then Law Students for Reproductive Justice) office in Oakland, CA, where she oversaw the Reproductive Justice Legal Research Initiative (RJ LRI) and created a pro bono toolkit to assist law student chapters setting up judicial bypass assistance projects. Noel is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Yale University. She hails originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, where her family and a big part of her heart remain.
