Kelsy Burke

Kelsy Burke is assistant professor of Sociology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she studies religion and sexuality in contemporary America. Her first book, Christians under Covers: Evangelicals and Sexual Pleasure on the Internet (2016, University of California Press) analyzes online evangelical Christian sex advice. She also researches and writes about evangelical women’s ministries, debates over religious freedom laws, and debates over pornography.
