Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin

Chris is the Public Policy Director for Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin where she develops and implements legislative and electoral strategy and the direction of grassroots activities.  Chris has also initiated and guided Planned Parenthood’s legal involvement in several cases in Wisconsin, including the Neil Noesen pharmacist refusal case recently decided by the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.  Chris is the only full-time lobbyist in Wisconsin committed to defending and enhancing reproductive rights.  She received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.  Chris started volunteering at Planned Parenthood as a clinic escort when she was a college student in Philadelphia.  Prior to her position with Planned Parenthood she practiced family law in Madison.  She continues to be active in the state bar and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Public Interest Law Section.
