Caroline Choe is a cook, artist, teacher, and writer based in New York City. She’s also the founder of Create & Plate, a business devoted to helping create community through arts and food education. She and her work have appeared in Food & Wine, Food52, Good Company magazine, Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, POPSUGAR, and Glamour. She holds a bachelor’s degree in art from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree in art education from the School of Visual Arts.
