Radio Host Prays For Pro-Choice Activist, Then Hangs Up On Her

Robin Marty

Not getting the "gotcha" moment she wanted, Laura Ingraham hangs up on Rev. Turner.

What happens when a radio host ends up not getting the answers to her questions that she hoped to receive?  Apparently, she cuts the interview short and hangs up on the guest.

Religion Dispatches has the hilarious (and short) transcript of Rev. Rebecca Turner, the Executive Director of Faith Aloud, refusing to give Laura Ingraham a “gotcha” moment over religious support of a woman’s right to choose.

LI: [Nearly screaming] What part of “Thou shalt not kill” don’t you understand?

RT: The Bible actually says “Thou shalt not murder.” I’m sure you would agree that every ending of a life is not murder.
