Robin Marty

The bill, which bans abortions at 20 weeks gestation versus 20 weeks post-fertilization, will now go to the governor for signature.

The Arizona House has passed the their omnibus anti-abortion law, which among other restrictions bans abortion at the earliest point in pregnancy of any state in the country.  The bill also will require women seeking abortions to view a state website that will show fetal development, and provide alternatives to abortion and information about child support.
